Systemic Intervention in Reception of Healthcare
Can the journey of seeking healthcare services at government hospitals like AIIMS be simplified to cater to people?
The solution allowed users to pre-plan their hospital visit through a scheduling service in their native language and gave them travel concessions. The service is accessible by keypad and smartphones.
